To permanently delete your Quiv App account:

• Open the Quiv App.

• Navigate to the Profile section.

• Select Account Settings.

• Choose Account Deletion.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

2. Immediate Effects of Account Deletion:

Upon confirming your account deletion:

• You will lose immediate access to your account.

• Your profile information and personal settings will become inaccessible.

3. Restrictions on Account Deletion:

For your security and convenience, account deletion will only be permitted if you have no upcoming or ongoing golf cart rentals. This restriction ensures you retain access to necessary updates and rental information through the app until the rental period concludes.

If you wish to delete your account but have an active or upcoming rental, please complete or cancel your reservation before proceeding.

Quiv App will permanently erase your personal data within 30 days following your deletion request, except where:
