How Delivery Works
You choose the delivery time when you book, and we deliver within that slot
When we arrive, we'll show you how to operate the cart and answer any questions
We document the condition of the cart with photos before handing it over
If we need anything from you before delivery, such as a gate code, we'll reach you on the phone number or email from your booking. If you need to tell us something, write to hello@quivermobility.com or message us on WhatsApp.
How Pickup Works
We collect at the return time you chose when booking, at the same address
Please ensure the cart is accessible and your belongings are removed
We'll inspect the cart and document its condition
Return it with at least 30% battery charge
Your Responsibilities
Provide an accurate delivery location within Casa de Campo
Be available (or have someone available) during the delivery window
Provide any access codes or instructions we might need
Keep the cart accessible for pickup at the scheduled time
Remove all personal belongings before pickup
