Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Terms

Users may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before the rental period begins and receive a refund, minus any applicable banking fees.

If the cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the rental start date, the User will be charged the cost of one rental night as a cancellation fee.
2. Holiday Season Exceptions

For rentals scheduled between December 1st and February 1st, cancellations made on or after December 1st will only be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total rental amount, regardless of when the reservation was made.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental start date during this period.
3. How to Cancel a Reservation

Users can cancel their reservation directly within the Quiv App by navigating to the Booking Section and selecting the “Cancel Rental” button available for the active reservation.

A confirmation screen will display the applicable refund amount and any cancellation fees before finalizing the cancellation request.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method the User used during the original transaction. Any banking fees or processing charges will be deducted from the refund.
5. Non-Refundable Charges

Banking fees incurred during the initial transaction are non-refundable.

Optional services or add-ons (e.g., insurance) may also be non-refundable depending on the terms provided at the time of booking.
6. Important Notes

Cancellations cannot be made via email, phone, or any other method outside the Quiv App. Users must complete the cancellation process within the app.

Quiver Mobility reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with the terms stated in this policy.
