Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Process

 

  • Quiver Mobility ensures delivery of rented golf carts to the location and time specified by the User during the booking process. 

  • Upon delivery, a Quiver team member will send the User a confirmation message in the Quiv App, along with a photo of the delivered cart at the agreed location or villa. 

  • The presence of the User or an authorized recipient at the delivery location is not required, although it is preferred that the cart is received by the User who made the reservation.

2. Delivery and Pick-Up Scheduling 

​

  • Users can select their preferred delivery and pick-up times during the booking process. 

  • Example: Delivery at 9:00 AM on Monday, December 1st, and pick-up at 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 12th. 

  • Delivery Hours: Quiver Mobility conducts deliveries between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM daily. 

  • Pick-Up Hours: Golf carts are retrieved between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily. 

  • Deliveries or pick-ups will be scheduled only within these operational hours.

3. User Responsibilities 

​

To ensure a smooth delivery and pick-up process, Users must: 

  • Provide accurate delivery and pick-up details, including any special instructions (e.g., villa number, gated community gate codes). 

  • Ensure that the golf cart is accessible and ready for collection at the agreed pick-up time.

4. Notifications and Updates 

​​

  • Users will receive a notification in the Quiv App confirming the delivery of the golf cart, along with a photo as proof of delivery. 

  • Notifications will also be sent for pick-up confirmation once the golf cart has been retrieved.

5. Contact for Changes 

​

  • For changes to scheduled delivery or pick-up times, Users must notify Quiver Mobility at least 24 hours in advance via email: hello@quivermobility.com
