1. About Quiv App 

​

Quiv App is a platform that facilitates the rental of golf carts by connecting:

 

• Users: Individuals or entities looking to rent golf carts. 

• Affiliate Companies or Individuals: Businesses or private owners listing their golf carts for rent. 

​

In addition to this, Quiv App also operates its own fleet of golf carts, which are listed and rented directly through the platform. These vehicles are fully owned and managed by Quiv App, ensuring a seamless and reliable rental experience. While most platform rules apply universally, some terms and conditions may differ between Quiv App-owned golf carts and affiliate-listed vehicles. Specific details will be communicated during the booking process.

2. User Eligibility

​

To use Quiv App, you must: 

• Be at least 18 years old. 

• Provide accurate personal information, including valid identification when requested. 

• Agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

3. Account Registration 

​

• Users must create an account using a valid email address, phone number, or third-party logins (e.g., Google or Apple). 

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. 

• Notify Quiv App immediately at hello@quivermobility.com if you suspect unauthorized access or activity.

4. Bookings and Payments

 

• All bookings must be made through Quiv App. 

• Payment is required to confirm a reservation. Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider, AZUL. 

• Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and up to date. 

​

5. Cancellations and Refunds

 

• Users may cancel their reservation in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, which is accessible in the app. 

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. 

• Banking fees are not refundable. 

​

6. Delivery and Pick-Up

 

• For Quiv App-owned golf carts: Quiv App handles all delivery and pick-up logistics, ensuring carts are delivered to the location and time specified by the User. 

• For Affiliate-listed golf carts: Delivery and pick-up logistics may vary depending on the Affiliate's terms and availability. 

• Users must provide accurate delivery and pick-up details. Delivery confirmation for Quiv App-owned carts will include a photo sent via the app.

7. Use of Rented Golf Carts

 

• Users are responsible for the proper use and care of rented golf carts. It is strictly prohibited to: 

• Drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 

• Use the cart for unauthorized purposes (e.g., racing or overloading). 

• Modify or tamper with the golf cart in any way. 

• Users renting Quiv App-owned carts are directly liable to Quiv App for any damages caused during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. 

• Users renting Affiliate-listed carts must comply with the terms specified by the Affiliate.

8. Affiliate Responsibilities

 

• Affiliates are responsible for maintaining their golf carts in safe, operable condition. 

• Affiliates must provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability of their carts on the platform. 

• Quiv App reserves the right to remove listings that do not meet quality or safety standards.

9. Liability and Indemnification

 

• Quiv App acts as a facilitator for Affiliate-listed carts and is not liable for disputes, damages, or accidents related to these rentals. 

• For Quiv App-owned carts, Quiv App is responsible for their condition and delivery but disclaims liability for misuse by the User. 

• Users and Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quiv App from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their use of the platform or golf carts.

10. Privacy

 

• Your personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Quiv App, you consent to these practices. 

​

11. Intellectual Property

 

• All content on Quiv App, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Quiver Mobility and is protected by intellectual property laws. 

• Users and Affiliates may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

12. Termination of Service

 

• Quiv App reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms and Conditions, engaging in fraudulent activity, or misusing the app. 

• Users can terminate their account at any time by contacting hello@quivermobility.com.

13. Amendments to Terms

 

• Quiv App reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notification. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

 

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. 

• Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws and jurisdiction.
