Questions about the app
Is Quiv App free?
Yes. The app is free to download and use. You only pay for the rental itself, at the same price as on the website.
Which phones does it work on?
Quiv App is made for iPhone and is distributed through the App Store.
Do I need an account?
No. You book as a guest, the way you would on the website. Your bookings are saved on your phone, and one code sent to your email brings in any booking made on the website or from another phone.
Are the prices the same as on the website?
Yes. The app and the website read the same live availability and the same prices. Nothing is cheaper or dearer on one or the other.
How do I pay in the app?
By card: Visa, Mastercard or American Express, through a secure payment page. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in Dominican pesos; the exact amount appears before you pay.
Can I see a booking I made on the website?
Yes. Open My rentals, enter the email you booked with and type the code we send you. Every booking under that email appears in the app: reference, delivery time and invoice.
Is the app in Spanish?
Yes. Quiv App is available in English and Spanish.
