Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your rental of golf carts from Quiver Mobility. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Quiver Mobility provides golf cart rental services within Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic.
Eligibility
To rent a golf cart, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid driver's license
Provide accurate identification that matches your payment method
Accept these terms by signing our rental agreement
Booking and Payment
How to Book
Bookings are made through our website at quivermobility.com, through the Quiv App, or with our team over WhatsApp. Payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through AZUL
Prices are displayed in USD for clarity
All charges are processed in Dominican Pesos (DOP). The peso amount and the exchange rate are locked when your booking is created, and that is the amount charged. A later movement in the rate does not change what you pay
The total shown before you pay already includes the 18% ITBIS
What You're Charged For
Rental fees for the duration of your booking
Applicable taxes
Additional charges if damage occurs or cleaning is required
Delivery and Pickup
Service Area
We deliver and pick up exclusively within Casa de Campo.
Hours
Delivery: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pickup: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Your Responsibilities
Provide an accurate delivery location
Ensure the cart is accessible for pickup at the scheduled time
Return the cart with at least 30% battery charge
Using the Golf Cart
Authorized Use
The person who signed the rental agreement is fully responsible for the cart at all times
The signer must be present on the cart whenever it is being operated
Others may drive, but the signer assumes all liability regardless of who is operating the cart
The cart is for personal transportation within Casa de Campo only
Respect all traffic rules and resort guidelines
Passenger Limits
4-seater carts: Maximum 4 passengers
6-seater carts: Maximum 6 passengers
Battery Care
Plan your usage to avoid running out of charge
Charge the battery overnight for optimal performance
We will not replace or provide another cart if the battery runs out due to negligence
Prohibited Activities
You must NOT:
Drive impaired: No alcohol, drugs, or any substance that affects driving ability
Drive without the signer present: The person who signed the agreement must be on the cart at all times
Drive off-road: No unpaved roads, beaches, or sandy areas
Leave Casa de Campo: The cart must stay within the resort boundaries
Race or tow: No racing, stunts, or towing objects
Overload: Do not exceed passenger capacity
Modify the cart: No alterations of any kind
Attempt repairs: Contact us for any mechanical issues
Abandon the cart: Do not leave it on streets or unauthorized areas
Smoke: No smoking or vaping in or around the cart
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund.
Damage and Fees
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for any damage caused by:
Improper use
Negligence
Violating these terms
You are NOT responsible for damage caused by Quiver Mobility's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Additional Fees
Deep cleaning: $75 (if required)
Adhesive/label removal: $50 (if required)
Late return: Charged pro rata at the daily rate
Reporting Incidents
You must immediately notify Quiver Mobility and local authorities of any:
Accidents
Damage
Theft
Any incident affecting the cart
Cancellation
72+ hours notice: Full refund (minus banking fees)
Less than 72 hours: You pay the cost of one rental day
High Season (December 1 to January 15)
If you cancel on or after December 1st for a rental during this period, only 50% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
Liability
What We're Not Responsible For
To the extent permitted by law, Quiver Mobility is not responsible for:
Accidents or personal injuries during your rental
Property damage to you or third parties
Any issues arising from misuse of the cart
This does not apply where damage is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Your Agreement to Indemnify
You agree to hold Quiver Mobility harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the rental cart.
Right of Retrieval
Quiver Mobility reserves the right to retrieve the golf cart immediately if you seriously violate these terms. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santo Domingo, D.N., unless both parties agree to mediation or arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
